I'm Jamie Hallman
I grew up in a very small town in SC but now currently reside in Georgia. After 9 moves in 4 States, I now consider myself a country/city hybrid. I'm a Registered Dietitian, Realtor-in-training and educator with big dreams. Some of my loves: Star Wars, pugs, rock music, health & fitness, trying new things, Carolina Panthers, reading, macarons and specialty coffee. I've been keepin' it real since 1983. Read on for the rest!
I didn’t always have this business: clients in 46 states, repeated monthly sales award, team members to lead and an all-inclusive incentive trip earned... in fact, just a few years ago you could have found me in my stuffy windowless office. I thought I was pursuing my dream job as a Dietitian, but that dream slowly morphed into an obligation that left me exhausted with little energy left for my own personal life.
I bought my first Scentsy products hoping to find a solution to the less-than-desirable odors that my precious pups were leaving in my home. Little did I know that purchase would not only change the way I scent my home forever, but that it would also lead me into the life-giving Scentsy business that I have today. Running this as a small business helped me to discover passions and skills I didn’t even know I had and more amazingly, gave me the confidence and courage I needed to pursue those new dreams.
Now, you'll find me grabbing coffee with friends, studying for my real estate license, empowering others to believe in themselves, sweating it out at 9Round (a boxing/kickboxing gym), cooking dinner most nights for my incredibly supportive husband & snuggling up with our four-legged fur babies.
I'm a woman with many interests and passions that mostly revolve around two common themes: Jesus and people.
Currently, I'm either sipping on freshly roasted coffee, craft beer or a glass of wine while dreaming of ways that I can empower & motivate other people to take control of their lives, to allow them to live more and work less. I believe we are all here for a purpose and that loving and serving others is one key component in that process.
Do you want to know what lights me up? Making people feel, own, and celebrate their enough-ness and feel less alone… because sometimes this journey gets lonely and our only friends can feel like Ben + Jerry (Salted Caramel Core anyone?). If I can be that permission granter in your life that whispers: “you really can do this” while the rest of the world is provoking doubt… then I’ll consider my job done.
